Nonsuch Mansion. Built in the early 1800's by the architect Jeffey Wyatt (later Sir Jeffery Wyattville) who also worked on Windsor Castle. Tours of parts of the house are arranged by the Friends of Nonsuch. Nonsuch Mansion, Cheam Map.

Nonsuch Park. Situated between Worcester Park, Cheam and Ewell. Voluntary groups associated with Nonsuch Park are the 'Friends of Nonsuch' and 'Nonsuch Watch' but we are not aware of any web sites or email contacts for either group. Nonsuch Park Map.

Mayflower Park. The official public opening of the park was at the end of July 2006. The park and surrounding housing was built on the site of the old Sewage Treatment Works and provides a new 31-acre park and nature conservation area.

Birds spotted in the park include: Blackbird, Canada Goose, Coot, Grey Heron, House Sparrow, Little Grebe, Magpie, Mallard, Moorhen, Mute Swan, Pied Wagtail, Ring-necked Parakeet, Starling, Swift, Tufted Duck, Wood Pigeon

Shadbolt Park. Shadbolt House and its grounds were purchased by the local council in 1937. The house is now a clinic and the grounds, which were planted as an arboretum, are now open to the public as Shadbolt Park.

Sport and fitness

Cheam Leisure Centre facilities include Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool, Group Exercise Classes, Health Suite, Women Only Sessions, Sports Hall, Sauna, Squash and Birthday parties.
