The Association
The Association provides the means for past members of the Northumberland Hussars and HQ Squadron of the Queen's Own Yeomanry and past and present members of D Sqn QOY to stay in touch with old friends.
It helps to preserve the traditions of NH and foster mutual comradeship and esprit de corps. It also provides assistance to members and their widows and dependant children who are in need and deserve help.
Membership of the Association is free and open to all ranks, past and present, who have served with or been attached to the Northumberland Hussars or HQ or D Squadrons of the Queen’s Own Yeomanry. An Annual Reunion is held once a year, along with an Annual General Meeting, and an annual newsletter is distributed to members.
