Opening date: 30.12.1975
The station was opened as a part of a line section between Oktyabr’skoe Pole and Planernaya.

Station design: three-vaulted column-type shallow station with two rows of 26 columns.

Station architect: M.Trenin
Vestibule architect: M.Trenin
Design engineer: Т.Zharova

   The station is named for the nearby street.
   The track walls feature geometric patterns formed from white, blue-grey, and yellow shades of marble. The columns are faced with white marble and the floor is reveted with grey granite.

   Exit to: Planernaya ulitsa, ulitsa Vilisa Latsisa.
