55 Baker St, London W1

L&R have redeveloped the landmark former Marks and Spencers headquarters, creating just under one million square feet of prime mixed use (office, retail, leisure and residential) accommodation in the heart of the West End of London. Having retained and reused the original structure, stunning glass atria have been inserted to create an iconic entrance and two further entertainment spaces.

The award-winning 55 Baker Street offers a variety of quality office accommodation in suites ranging from 3-250,000 sq ft, all enjoying a top specification fit out, fantastic onsite facilities (including a health centre) and parking. The highly efficient building utilises a chilled beam solution and is set to achieve BREEAM "Excellent" status.

Our development also offers new retail, restaurant and leisure facilities within bright, spacious public areas. Both anchor restaurant units have been let to exciting and contemporary operators. Costa Coffee opened in June 2008 and Fitness First and Canteen followed that September and November.

In addition, we have some beautifully finished, brand new two and three bedroom townhouses available to let to the rear of the development on a quiet mews. For details, please ring Thomasin Renshaw on 020 7563 9000.
