4. Where can I find answers to questions about NBA All-Access services, including forgotten passwords, basic membership

You can retrieve your forgotten password on the sign-in page of the NBA All-Access Member Center. Just click the "Forgot Password?" link, then enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you. Unfortunately, you cannot recover a forgotten member name. If you can't remember your member name, try using your email address. If you still can't remember your member name, you'll need to sign up for a new All-Access membership.

To unsubscribe from any NBA.com email newsletter or alert, just sign in to NBA All-Access with your member name and password to update your subscriptions, or click on the unsubscribe link in any NBA.com email sent to you.

9. Do blackout restrictions apply to NBA LEAGUE PASS?

Blackouts occur when a game is televised by a national network, including NBA TV, or your local sports station. If a game is blacked out, check the various TV schedules listed above and your local listings to find the correct channel.


10. Where can I purchase tickets to NBA games?

When available, individual game tickets can be purchased by visiting our website. You can also purchase tickets at the NBA's official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster. 11. Where can I purchase tickets for NBA All-Star?

Tickets for the 2012 NBA All-Star Game and NBA All-Star Saturday Night in Orlando will not be released for purchase. However, fans will be able to purchase tickets to attend the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge & Youth Jam, NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, and NBA All-Star Practice. Fans will also be able to purchase tickets to NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by adidas, which will take place from Feb. 23 to 26, 2012 at the Orange County Convention Center. Jam Session provides more than 400,000 square feet of NBA All-Star excitement, where the chance to meet and collect free autographs from NBA players and legends is just the beginning. Tickets for all events open to the general public will be available in early January at Ticketmaster.com

All NBA players receive fan mail in care of their teams. You can write to your favorite player in care of his team to request an autograph, fan club information, or personal Web address. Most players enter the league through the NBA Draft after many years playing organized basketball. However, all NBA, WNBA, and NBA Development League teams hold open tryouts at least once per year. If you are interested in attending open tryouts, please visit individual NBA team websites to find tryout session information. You can also visit the NBA Development League's website for tryout information, as the league and each of its teams hold open tryouts every year.
