The subject of weather is often regarded the preserve of those who have little else to talk about so I apologise unreservedly for my upcoming words, devoid as they are of illuminating sav, world widening wit or imagination. HOW sunny is it?! F*cking love the sun. Some of the songs on this week’s New Noise suit the Spring sun more than others, particularly those from Dream Hits, Idiot Glee and London Elektricity. Fortunately, for those who run from hot daylight faster than you can say ‘ginger goth’, there’s a healthy bit of contemplative darkness and angst in there too from Timber Timbre, D. Paris and Elliot Whale Boy.
