Shot 38.9 percent from three-point range, ranking 15th in the Sun Belt Conference, and 79.2 percent from the free-throw line ... Averaged a career-best 1.6 rebounds per contest ... As a sophomore (2006-07): Selected the John Oldham Most Improved Player at the team’s postseason banquet ... Saw action in all 33 contests, averaging 20.2 minutes per game off the bench ... Ranked third on the team in scoring with 9.4 points per contest despite not making a start ... Also had 98 assists -- he ranked 13th in the Sun Belt Conference with 2.97 per outing -- with a 1.66 assist-to-turnover ratio ... Ranked second in the league with a team-best 47.4 three-point field-goal percentage, which was the second-best mark in the school’s season record books ... Was seventh in the Sun Belt shooting 50.8 percent overall, and his 86.3 free-throw percentage ranked third on the WKU season record list ... Added a career-best 35 steals, which was second on the team ... Also grabbed 57 rebounds and blocked two shots ... Scoring average climbed to 11.7 points per game in conference play ... Led the SBC with a 54.8 three-point field-goal percentage and ranked fourth with a 55.9 field-goal percentage in league games ... Scored in double figures on 13 occasions -- including four efforts with 20 or more points -- while leading the team in the category three times ... Paced the Hilltoppers in assists in 11 games and steals in 10 contests ... Led the Toppers with 21 points against Florida Atlantic on 2/14 after hitting 7-of-11 shots from the field -- including 3-of-5 from three-point range -- and all four foul shots ... Was 8-of-9 from the floor -- making all three three-point attempts -- en route to a 20-point, five-rebound performance in 1/31 victory over Louisiana-Monroe. Sixteen of the points came in the second half to help the Toppers recover from a six-point deficit ... Connected on two three-pointers during 8-0 run late in second half at Arkansas State on 1/25, finishing with 12 points, a career-best five rebounds, two assists and a pair of steals ... Had 16 points and four assists in 28 minutes in win at Florida International on 1/11 ... Scored 19 of his career-high 23 points in 12/30 win at Florida Atlantic in the second half, ending the game shooting 6-of-8 from the floor -- including 4-of-5 from three-point range -- while hitting all seven free-throw attempts ... Hit three three-pointers in a one-minute and 19-second stretch in the second half to break open 12/28 victory at Middle Tennessee -- he would finish with 18 points to lead all scorers and also hand out five assists without a turnover in 19 minutes of action ... Recorded nine points and four assists without a turnover in 19 minutes against Southern Illinois on 12/9, making 2-of-3 from the floor as well as all five free-throw attempts ... Hit 7-of-8 free throws plus a layup in the final two minutes of Ball State victory on 11/25, finishing with 13 points in 12 minutes ... Recorded 15 points -- his first-ever game in double digits -- and a career-high seven assists in win over Towson on 11/21 ... Collected seven points and four assists in 11/19 victory over Tennessee State.

 

As a freshman (2005-06): Played in 24 games with seven starts in his first year at WKU, missing the final week of the regular season as well as all postseason action after sustaining a fracture in his right foot ... Collected 68 points and 16 rebounds ... Ranked fifth on the team with 38 assists ... Shot 38.9 percent from three-point range and 88.9 percent at the foul line ... Also had eight steals ... Posted five points and an assist in 12 minutes in 2/18 win over Northern Arizona ... Handed out a career-best five assists, adding two points and a career-high-tying three rebounds, in victory over Arkansas State on 1/14 ... Collected five points and four rebounds in 12/29 win over Kentucky State ... Scored eight points and handed out three assists in championship game of Fiesta Bowl Classic at Arizona on 12/21 ... Had eight points in nine minutes at Bradley on 12/14, hitting all three shots from the field ... Recorded eight points and three assists in win at UAB on 11/29, going 2-of-3 from three-point range.

 

Looking back: Helped lead Charis Prep to a 29-7 mark and a third-place finish in the National Prep Tournament during the 2004-05 season as the Crimson Tide was ranked in the final national prep school poll ... Averaged a team-high 22.3 points per game and 8.1 assists per contest while shooting 56.9 percent from three-point range and 91 percent at the free-throw line ... An all-tournament selection at the National Prep Tournament, and was also named the Most Valuable Player of the Bull City Classic after leading the Crimson Tide to the tournament championship ... Averaged 24 points, 6.8 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game as a senior at Lanier High School, earning first-team all-state, all-region, all-district and all-city accolades -- in fact, he was voted the Express-News’ Greater San Antonio Player of the Year ... He was ranked the No. 2 player in the region and was the third ranked player in Texas ... His efforts helped the Voks to a 25-10 finish and the district championship as they advanced to the quarterfinals of the region tournament ... As a junior, was named first-team all-district and all-city, and was a second-team all-region choice, after averaging 17 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.5 assists per contest ... Was picked second-team all-district as a sophomore as well ... Helped lead LHS to 63 victories in his three seasons on the varsity ... Off the court, he was a three-time academic all-district selection.
