2. Stewie Griffin

What? Stewie isn't number one?! No... but he is a very close number two.

This character, who places two on our list, but number one in the hearts of many Family Guy fans, is a deranged, megalomaniacal and sexually-confused infant...and how can you not like that? Threatening to destroy his mother, since he escaped her wretched womb, this child has major issues with his parents, as well as with authority - which may explain his desire to destroy/rule the world.

While there are many classic moments for the character, his relationship with the family dog, Brian, brings the best out of the character. In the "Road to" episodes, Stewie and Brian bond, sing and generally have more fun than in normal episodes - where it isn't out of the realm of possibility for one to maliciously attack the other.

As the fan-favorite character of the Family Guy series, it would only make sense to include him in on the Cleveland spin-off. While we don't know exactly what Stewie would do in the series - maybe visit with Peter, maybe he would threaten to kill Cleveland, maybe he would even threaten to take over the world - we know that his popularity all but guarantees him some screen time. So here's hoping that he will show up and be just as funny as he is on Family Guy.

1. Mayor Adam West

That's right: Adam freakin' West is our number one pick. Sorry Stewie, sorry Quagmire, sorry Evil Monkey... but Quahog's mayor was an easy pick for all the Family Guy fans around the IGN office. Call us crazy, but nothing is funnier than a perfectly delivered line from Batman, er, Mr. West.

With classic moments aplenty, when we were tasked to come up with a list of characters that we wanted to see in The Cleveland Show, the usual suspects may have been the first to end up on our list. But once Adam West's name was mentioned, the forum turned into a "remember when" session, with all of us cracking up over Mayor West's exploits.

From paddling Chris on his first day as a freshman in high school to creating a solid gold statue of cereal mascot character Dig'Em, for Quahog's perished soldiers (in a golf conflict), Mayor Adam West continues to be one of the most random and amusing characters on Family Guy.

While we would love to see Stewie, Peter, Brian and the rest of the Griffins show up on The Cleveland Show, we figure that Adam West is a more likely and more randomly funny possibility for the series. Make it happen, MacFarlane!
