PJ Bianco

Ever since he was a kid, New Jersey-native songwriter PJ Bianco has been passionate about music. He gained first-hand knowledge of the music industry while interning and assisting for producers and mixers at Quad Recording Studio, Manhattan and The Loft Recording Studio, Bronxville. During his internship, he gained valuable insight into the business from such producers and mixers as Carl Sturken and Evan Rogers (responsible for the launch of Rihanna), Kanye West, Eric Foster White, and Michael Brauer to name a few. PJ studied composition at the Conservatory of Music at SUNY Purchase College in New York graduating with a BFA in Music.

After graduation, PJ signed to Denise Rich Songs and started working closely with songwriter/philanthropist Denise Rich, working to strengthen him as a songwriter. It wasn’t long until things began to take off, working early-on with The Jonas Brothers where he helped co-write their hit single “When You Look Me In The Eyes,” which won two Teen Choice Awards – Best Love Song and Best Single.

Versatility as PJ’s strength, he can deliver on any type of genre or task. From producing the Theme Song for the Oxygen Network’s hit show Bad Girls Club to helping pen songs for Nick Jonas’ solo debut, to writing and producing a song for Mya (ft. Sean Paul), PJ shows that he can apply his craft to any project.

Lately, PJ has been working with many new artists such as Universal Republic’s Avery and is working with Red One’s new artist LP, who is also signed to a deal with Warner Bros. Records. He has recently found his niche in the Artist Development-world as a producer/songwriter, working with new artists and helping them to develop their own sound that is suited specifically for that particular artist. His creative process and his open mind as a producer has opened up new and exciting doors for him.

At the same time, PJ continues to collaborate with other hit writers such as Bonnie McKee (Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Taio Cruz), BC Jean (Beyonce), Nasri (Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, J. Lewis) and Stacy Barthe (Black Eyed Peas, Enrique Iglesias, Britney Spears) to name a few. In addition, PJ’s wide-ranging ability as an multi-instrumentalist has also landed him a unique role producing for artists alongside mega producers like Dr. Luke and Polow Da Don. PJ currently resides in Los Angeles.
