Resources Warehouse - The NYSW's North Bergen, NJ location is home to Resources Warehouse and Consolidation Services and Resources Landbridge Terminal. Resources operates a 170,000 square-foot, 65-door facility which is a U.S. Customs approved container freight station and bonded warehouse. Refrigerated container storage is available as is long-term storage, labeling, shrink-wrapping, strapping, repacking, crating, and various other services including export consolidation for NVO's consolidators and forwarders. Resources provides personalized computer programs to facilitate inventory control, documentation and billing. Resources Landbridge Terminal is a state-of-the-art intermodal facility capable of handling both conventional and doublestack trains. Auto Facility - The NYSW manages the motor vehicle terminal located off of Secaucus Road in North Bergen on a paved, well-lit 16.5 acre site that is fenced, equipped with a perimeter security system, and guarded full-time. The terminal handles both remarketed and new vehicles, inbound and outbound, via the NYSW’s interchanges with three Class I railroads. Bulk Transload – North Bergen – NYSW’s North Bergen bulk transload terminal is located on a 15-acre site at 5600 West Side Avenue. The facility has a 6,500 square foot building for offices and maintenance. The transload area is designed to meet the standards set by the plastics industry for bulk transfer facilities as well as other dry flowable industrial and food grade products. Railcar unloading is performed along the NYSW right-of-way, which provides over 150 unloading spots. The facility has a 70-foot, 100-ton truck scale, is fenced, paved and lit, and has a drainage system for plastic pellet recovery.
