Cars loaded by crane/ships derrick. Entered service Dover/Calais 31/3/1931. Lifted 712 men from Dunkirk 03/06/1940. 1941/1945 requisitioned as troop transport, and later as a recreation ship for RN at Lyness. returned to cross Channel service 12/1945 Withdrawn early 1954 left Dover under tow 06/08/1954 for Ghent; scrapped by Van Heyghen Freres
