Super Junior left its mark in Seoul, Osaka, Taipei, Singapore, Macao, Bangkok and Paris, and most recently it made itself known in Shanghai with its successful Shanghai concert.

The Super Show 4 in Shanghai took place on April 14 in Shanghai’s Mercedes Benz Arena, and succeeded in entertaining its 10,000 audience with powerful performances and special laser and wire action effects.

It was the second concert held by the group in the arena, following the one held in March last year. For both concerts the group succeeded in selling out all tickets, proving the power it wielded in China.

The concert opened its doors with Superman from Super Junior’s fifth studio album, and continued with a total of 35 performances including those for Sorry Sorry, Bonamana, Mr. Simple, other tracks from the group’s albums and solos such as piano, dance and ballad performances.

The members surprised their audience with their fluent Chinese, and continued to communicate with the fans by dancing with them in their performance for You & I. The guys also tried to get as close as they could with their fans by reaching out to every corner of the venue.

To this the fans replied by waving their blue light sticks, singing along to the music and perfecting the Korean fan chants, and during the group’s performance of Lovely Day, they all held up placards reading ‘Never End’ to the happiness of the members.

Super Junior will continue on with the next concert in its world tour in Jakarta, Indonesia from April 28-29.
