Three months ago, we met Eric Knight, a SwimMAC Carolina Elite Team swimmer now training for the Olympic Trials. The six-foot-seven athlete has gone from a non-swimmer in high school to an Olympic Trials qualifier. This week, we catch up with Eric.

06/03/2012 Phelps Sets Pool Record in Austin

Michael Phelps closed out the Longhorn Aquatics Elite Invite with a pool record in the 200m fly. His time of 1:54.79 bested the previous record of 1:54.92 which he also held. It was the third fastest time in the world this year.

06/03/2012 Leverenz Wins as Santa Clara GP Concludes

Caitlin Leverenz won gold in the 200m IM Sunday on the final day of competition at the 2012 Santa Clara International Grand Prix. Leverenz held off Olympic gold medalist Stephanie Rice of Australia to win the event in 2:10.81. The meet was the final stop of the 2011-2012 USA Swimming Grand Prix Series.
