Welcome to the WSMR Strength Management Branch, Military Personnel Services Division, Directorate of Human Resources.

Our Mission

Welcome and provide assistance to newly arrived soldiers at the Installation Human Readiness Support Center (IHRSC) To provide quality personnel services support to all active and reserve component Soldiers processing through the IHRSC Provide a smooth transition for Soldiers separating from the United States Army Provide continuous support for all operations.
