Brentford have today completed the formalities which sees 19 year old midfielder Adam Reed join the Club from Premiership Sunderland on an initial 28 day loan.

Bees Interim Manager Nicky Forster said: "We are very pleased to have the opportunity to take Adam on loan. He is an exciting young prospect who is highly rated by manager Steve Bruce who himself feels that his time with us will further his experience. He has played extensively in Sunderland`s reserve side over the past two seasons and his signing will give us more options in the middle of the park."

Adam will go straight into the squad to meet Tranmere Rovers at Griffin Park tomorrow evening.
