G-Eazy

G-Eazy, or Gerald Earl Gillum, got his start rapping in middle school in Oakley, California. At the age of 15, he put together the Bay Boyz, who rose to local fame through their MySpace page. A few years and ten albums later, Gillum moved to New Orleans and started rapping under the name G-Eazy. He has since released multiple mixtapes and music videos, as well as an EP, Fresh, and an LP, Epidemic (2009). G's many tapes and performances have been well received, and he is quickly growing in popularity.
