The Office - Season 8. Scheduled for
September 4th, you'll see guest stars (some recurring in season-long arcs) such as James Spader, Catherine Tate, Stephen Collins, Dee Wallace, Michael Schur, Maura Tierney, Jack Coleman, Georgia Engel, David Koechner, Andy Buckley,
and a special "stealth" cameo appearance by departed cast member Steve Carell in the episode "Trivia" (but NOT as "Michael Scott") [
UPDATE (6/21): We're informed that this wasn't him after all; our regrets for any confusion!]. Cost is $49.98 SRP for the 5-disc DVD version, and $59.98 SRP for the 5-disc Blu-ray version that includes UltraViolet digital versions of the episodes (must be redeemed by 4/30/15).
The good news is that the Blu-ray version ALSO includes the DVD version, too! The bad news is that Universal is supplying the DVD version on the FLIP SIDE of the Blu-ray Discs...yes, it's a flipper. We KNOW from the many emails our readers have sent us over time that you think this is a bad idea. Sorry; that's the way it is. Video is widescreen for both versions, with subtitles in English and Spanish. DVD audio is English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound, and Blu-ray soundtracks are in English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
