Reaching beyond comfort items like t-shirts, sweatpants, and blankets, WWP continues to grow our international programs in Germany at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) and Ramstein Air Base. We recently launched our first Transition Training Academy (TTA) program abroad, which is serving 26 Wounded Warriors and two family members. In addition, Wounded Warriors can receive guidance from our Benefits Service program or participate in a Project Odyssey or a Soldier Ride.
WWP also supports the doctors and nurses who provide remarkable care for Wounded Warriors. We’ve created “Thank You” campaigns, which include posters, videos, and a personal thank you from warriors who were treated at LRMC. These campaigns share thanks and encouragement while appreciation luncheons held twice a year provide an opportunity for much needed stress relief.

In order to increase the number of Wounded Warriors we aim to support, Wounded Warrior Project™ (WWP) has developed a grant application process to leverage and support the good work and expertise of other organizations interested in offering their services.
WWP is looking to fund programs that enhance the lives of Wounded Warriors and their families by supporting programs that fall into our four core service areas:
