A sibling -now deceased- of this guy who also lost his royal title wanted his old title back, but the king sais no because he is a traditionalist who will not change any decision made by his ancestors. (by that reasoning I suppose he has no beef with the slave trade Sweden once indulged in).
The matter of titles may see like a small thing today, but I personally think the king is a ¤£#% putz!
