Going into its second year, the July 27-28 SoundTown music festival in Somerset, Wisc. promised to be bigger and better than ever. Now it's just plain not happening. The fest - which featured a two-day lineup that included Jane's Addiction, Weezer, Florence + the Machine, Girl Talk, Best Coast and Doomtree - is being cancelled due to low ticket sales, according to Somerset Amphitheater owner Matt Mithun.
