These lights are suitable for commercial and private use such as sport fields, security, perimeters, and public spaces.

LED bulbs fit into a standard light bulb socket and are filled with bright light emitting diodes.  Compared to the standard incandescent bulb or even the highly efficient CFL (compact fluorescent bulb) the LED uses a minuscule amount of electricity. Manufacturers claim a operational lifespan of 40 000 to 60 000 hours for LED's, whereas normal light bulbs only have a life of 1 000 hours.
