The museum plays host to a wide range of functions; Formal dinners, cocktail parties, corporate events and training activities, book launches and guest talks are actively encouraged within the museum.

The Museum houses a conference room providing seating for 50, or will cater for 30 conference style. A 40 seat theatre is also available for use.

A catering kitchen is available to assist with any necessary catering. Outside contract catering for any function is most welcome and can be organised on request.

Our membership has grown steadily over the last few years and our feedback tells us that the quarterly newsletter is worth the price of membership alone. Importantly, your annual subscription goes into our Acquisitions Fund, which allows us to occasionally purchase significant cars or motorcycles that may come onto the market. It's an important part of our budget, because in a town the size of Bathurst, with around 37,686 people, it's a constant battle to come up with the finances that are vital if the museum is to grow and prosper.
