USPTO's AIA Roadshows Coming This Fall

The USPTO will host another series of "roadshows" across the country to further support our implementation of the Leahy Smith America Invents Act. Eight roadshows will be held during September 2012 to share information about new final AIA rules that become effective on September 16, 2012. At the roadshows, the USPTO will explain the rules and answer questions.
