    How to purchase when my residence country is not listed on the order form? I am a Danish citizen living in Saudi Arabia. I would like to place an order using Internet and my visa card.

    Currently, on-line ordering is available only to USA addresses including Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GM), and US Virgin Islands(VI). We have now opened online ordering to Canadian customers. We do not process any individual foreign order online. Existing accounts and corporate accounts should contact our sales department for international order.
