This is a small little part of that interview Romney did yesterday with The Des Moines Register. But Romney appeared to suggest that President Obama should have pushed another health care reform law which also had a federal mandate.

Court Clears South Carolina Voter ID Law, But Not For 2012
Updated: 2:55PM A panel of federal judges ruled on Wednesday that South Carolina’s new voter ID does not have a discriminatory effect, but they also blocked it from going into effect in November.
