    • Lyn, I tried to email you and for some reason the email I got from your aide did not work. I have an idea for legislation. I think we need a smoking ban on California marinas. It is a problem at my marina and it is not fair we should be subjected to second hand smoke when we are trying to enjoy the outdoors. When we are at our boat we sleep over night. Last trip in we had to take our dinner elsewhere and not eat on our own boat because others were chain smoking. My email is KlanerPR@aol.com.
