I'll Try To Fix You - Will is too good for the women he dates this week, and so they must be lectured. Maggie is jealous of Jim finally getting some, and so she must be lectured. Neal wastes everyone's time with his weird Big Foot obsession, but no one lectures him for that. And then Gabrielle Giffords gets shot and we all get a lecture about what's Really Important: never, ever trust NPR.

The 112th Congress - Will spends six months using News Night to attack Tea Party candidates, and then they all get voted in on Election Night anyway because no one cares about Will's show – except ACN's parent company's CEO, Jane Fonda.

News Night 2.0 - MacKenzie's attempt to do quality news with a young, inexperienced staff is a disaster -- though not as bad as the oil spill she refuses to lead with because it's not as newsworthy as Will's interview with three illegal immigrant-hating weirdos.

We Just Decided To - Will McAvoy, host of News Night, flips out and tells the world what he really thinks of America (not much, these days). The bad PR fallout plus his general horribleness as a boss and a person causes most of his staff to leave. Will's boss replaces them with Will's ex-girlfriend. He wants to fire her as soon as possible, but, fortunately for her, BP's oil rig chooses that day to explode, giving her and her team a huge story to break.
