Standing in the road in front of the gate walk 12p towards the nearest phone box. On your left reach up into a fork of the ivy covered tree to find the box.

Cross over stile and continue in the same direction towards the end of the spur keeping the fence on your left. When terrain opens to reveal the plain & motorway look for a spreading yew tree on the slope down to the right shortly before the fence reveals a narrow five bar gate. Box in tree at eye level.

Follow the path keeping the stream on your right do not cross the next bridge instead walk on to an 'acorn' post where the path splits. Check out bonus a further 11p 50° to a large oak tree with Y' shaped branches. Box in roots at base of tree.

Cross a stile and walk on until you come to a High Weald Walk post at the side of the path. Opposite is a multiple trunked tree. Box under tree roots.

The sloping rock is within 15p of a small track below & within 30p or so off the small track above that you followed from the main ridge track. Box site is within 10p of the upper track. The only practical way to ascend the island is to approach via the rocks on the S side and climb the slope from the east back towards the west in other words facing the South Light. This can only be achieved at low tide. Please do not attempt to climb the South cliffs. Although they are easy at the bottom the top of these cliffs are made of loose shale that breaks up as you stand on it.

It is hard to see coming from the S but the entrance is on the right just after the pedestrian sign & just before the Forestry Cottages (I think that is what they said). Be aware that the sign said they closed the gates at 7pm when I was there & they DO have a gate. Park & head down the trail through the fern forest. There are a number of side paths but stay on the main path, passing the large old oaks (the ones I suspect give this place its name). Turn left on the wide path & take it to an intersection with a big oak ahead of you. Now turn around & look for a multi-trunk birch tree. Box is at the base at the back under a couple rocks. Continue on the left/uphill trail & when you see the buildings take the left through the woods to the car park.

SCOTLAND-EDINBURGH-DESTINY,NT.25.73, OS Landranger Sheet 66. After visiting the Edinburgh Castle & seeing the Stone of Scone (aka Stone of Destiny) you can seek YOUR destiny by heading down to the park area right at the base of Castle Hill between the Castle & the railroad tracks. Wander around until you can see old ruins that are downhill from some steps. On RHS (when heading down) of the ‘correct’ steps there are two tiers of a side wall. Sit on the lower tier looking towards the Princes Street Gardens across the tracks. Reach to your right behind the upper wall section behind & at the base of the tree you will find a capstone. Lift it to find your Destiny be careful not to move the second rock which is behind it & is to keep it from falling down the hill. It is a long reach so you MIGHT have to hop the wall or come from above but be very careful if you need to do this since it is a lot harder to be stealthy doing this.

Blue Lake is located in a disused but now much visited slate quarry overlooking the stunningly beautiful Mawddach estuary on the coastal end of the Cadair Idris massif. Box sited one quarry level down from the SAFE TO ENTER tunnel into Blue Lake. Box under a 5'x 3' iron stained slab. Three slate cutting sheds bear 188° & 53p.

Go about 300-500 yards along the road from the yellow sign pointing to Saladinka until reaching a memorial set beside the LHS of the road between three cypress trees. Memorial is to ‘Bruno Valenti 12.11.1945’ - From this memorial go 50p 332°° to an oak tree beside the road. From this tree go 33p 219° to box under a pile of stones beside small white rock 1p from larger pvc rock overhung by a tall.

Chapel at top of Montagne St.Michel 208°. Nearest church spire 289°. Nearest wooden post (with yellow dot) 203°.

Box tucked behind this well down under a rock when looking uphill,

IRELAND-NAVAN-HILL OF TARA-FAIRY No1,53.6°N/6.4°W, At the seat of the High Kings of Tara is a spot known as the Fairy Tree. The Hill of Tara has been an important & mystic site in Ireland since ancient times & it still attracts people looking for a little magic in their lives. The Fairy Tree is said to make you wishes come true if you leave a token for the Fairy folk. Find the Fairy Tree - you'll need to walk past the mounds look for a tree standing a little on it's own on a ridge decked out in ribbons & charms. At the tree - stand facing it so that you can look back at the mounds. Look for the spot where coin offerings are left behind a rock under the roots is your first box.

IRELAND-NAVAN-HILL OF TARA-FAIRY No2,53.6°N/6.4°W, From No1 box walk along the ridge back toward the car park until you have passed two more trees. After you have passed the second tree turn back & face the Fairy Tree then look at the tree you have just passed. A hollow in the tree sits waist high & deep inside is your second box.

IRELAND-NAVAN-HILL OF TARA-FAIRY No3,53.6°N/6.4°W, From box No2 continue on along the ridge until you have gone three additional trees. When you reach this tree you will find a good spot to sit down at it's roots & gaze up at the seat of the king & down at his domain. This tree grows on a flat rock that makes a ledge. Under the ledge you will find the third box.

IRELAND-NAVAN-HILL OF TARA-FAIRY No4,53.6°N/6.4°W, Your final box and the book to leave your mark is next. From box No3 stand up & look back at the Fairy Tree again you'll now notice an old low rock wall. Walk towards the wall & find a large bramble growing on it. To the right of the brambles you will find imbedded in the wall the symbol of another religion deeply entrenched in Irish history. At her feet are two largish rocks that can be pulled away. The box lies beneath.

Cone of Croaghanmoira on skyline 176.5°. Board walk tee junction at the Wicklow Way 147°. The Prezen Rock is below and unseen.
