America is a seething hotbed of “Islamophobia,” filled with ignorant racist rubes who irrationally fear the benign Muslim religion, according to the Obama administration’s lead investigator into the Benghazi atrocities.
So said former Ambassador Thomas R. Pickering in more polished, diplomatic language during an Oct. 23 panel discussion at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. The talk was on “what role the faith community can play in fighting Islamophobia,” a make-believe mental illness that Islamists would love to have listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Radical Islam’s stateside defenders frequently accuse anti-terrorism hawks of “McCarthyism,” hurling the epithet “Islamophobe” the same way American leftists use the word “racist” to shut down debate. First they said he was an unfit commander and chief. Now the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Nevada's largest daily newspaper, has some extremely harsh words for President Obama in a new editorial. The words come in response to President Obama's leadership in the past four years, but specifically in response to his handling of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi known to the Review-Journal as Obama's "blunder."
This administration is an embarrassment on foreign policy and incompetent at best on the economy - though a more careful analysis shows what can only be a perverse and willful attempt to destroy our prosperity. Back in January 2008, Barack Obama told the editorial board of the San Francisco Chronicle that under his cap-and-trade plan, "If somebody wants to build a coal-fired power plant, they can. It's just that it will bankrupt them." He added, "Under my plan ... electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket." It was also in 2008 that Mr. Obama's future Energy Secretary, Steven Chu, famously said it would be necessary to "figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe" - $9 a gallon.
Yet the president now claims he's in favor of oil development and pipelines, taking credit for increased oil production on private lands where he's powerless to block it, after he halted the Keystone XL Pipeline and oversaw a 50 percent reduction in oil leases on public lands.
These behaviors go far beyond "spin." They amount to a pack of lies. To return to office a narcissistic amateur who seeks to ride this nation's economy and international esteem to oblivion, like Slim Pickens riding the nuclear bomb to its target at the end of the movie "Dr. Strangelove," would be disastrous. A complaint is being filed with the Federal Election Commission that alleges the Obama re-election campaign, in headlong pursuit of illegal war chest stuffing, has been accepting donations from foreign entities that are banned by U.S. election law from contributing.

The AC-130U is a very effective third-generation fire-support aircraft, capable of continuous and extremely accurate fire onto multiple targets. It has been used numerous times in Iraq and Afghanistan to save pinned-down allied forces, and has even been credited with the surrender of the Taliban city of Kunduz.
One of the former SEALs was actively painting the target. That means that Specter WAS ON STATION! Probably an AC130U. A ground laser designator is not a briefing pointer laser. You do not “paint” a target until the weapons system/designator is synched; which means that the AC130 was on station.

The reverend who delivered the benediction at President Barack Obama’s 2009 inauguration said Saturday he believes all white people are going to hell, according to a local Georgia newspaper.
Rev. Joseph Lowery, the civil rights icon who co-founded the Southern with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., said during a rally at St. James Baptist Church in Forsyth, Ga. that he’s arrived back at the same view he held as a “young militant,” according to the Monroe County Reporter:
Lowery said that when he was a young militant, he used to say all white folks were going to hell. Then he mellowed and just said most of them were. Now, he said, he is back to where he was.
The Reporter paraphrased Lowery’s comments and did not provide a direct quote relating to those remarks. It should be noted that the reverend appeared to be using hyperbole to drive a point home, not stating a factual theological conclusion. That being said, the statement is still extremely controversial and divisive. Read More

In the most precipitous decline it has seen in more than a year, President Barack Obama's job approval rating has dropped 7 points in three days, according to Gallup. In the three-day period ending on Oct. 23, says Gallup, 53 percent said they approved of the job Obama was doing and 42 percent said they did not...On Oct. 26, it dropped yet again to 46 percent who said they approved and 49 percent who said they did not.
Bear in mind, this represents Obama's approval level even after Gallup abruptly changed its methodology last month -- a move that appeared to favor Obama. Despite the new home cooking, Obama is still underwater by three points. In the head-to-head match up with Mitt Romney, the president trails by five points among likely voters, 51/46. The good news? Al-Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahiri has called on Muslims to kidnap Westerners, join Syria's rebellion and to ensure Egypt implements sharia, SITE Monitoring reported on Saturday, citing a two-part film posted on Islamist websites.
