GENEVA, Nov. 28.--Denmark is understood to have accepted the League's offer to act as mediator in the war between the Armenians and the Turkish Nationalists under Mustapha Kemal. This is the first affirmative reply that has been received by the League in response to the circular letter sent out by the League Council asking some power to volunteer to negotiate a peace between the contending factions in Asia Minor.
