HONG KONG, June 9 -- Bishop Adolph Paschang described today how he had been beaten, bound and made to kneel on broken bricks last winter at Kongmoon, Kwangtung Province, in a third-degree procedure that finally netted the Chinese Communists 20,000 Hong Kong dollars (approximately $3,000).
