The 1975 are ready for "Sex" -- on their new single.
"She's got a boyfriend anyway," The 1975's Matt Healy sings on "Sex." Talk about getting straight to the point! But don't feel too bad for the guy: he's still got a killer band. Though the Manchester quartet's members are barely old enough to enter a bar (Stateside, anyway), they've been playing together for a decade already, developing an immersing sound that blends dreamy pop, slow motion electro, and 10-foot-tall rock into a delicious indie rock concoction. The U.K. act dropped its first official release this summer with August's Facedown EP, a set that introduced their cinematic music and black-and-white aesthetic -- a sleek, retro style that extends to their videos and flawlessly curated Tumblr.

Surprise! Rihanna's naked again.

Guys, not only is Rihanna on the cover of GQ's December issue, but she's the only woman on the publication’s Men Of The Year list!(?) And the fact that she's basically naked on the cover? That just makes the whole thing SO much better. And yes, we know nakedness is a somewhat controversial topic, but we don't blame Rihanna one bit because DO YOU SEE HER? No, that's not a profesh swimsuit model or a clay figure outlining DaVinci's perfect proportions (or whatever those are called). It's just Rihanna: an IRL human in all her naked glory.

Congrats to MGK for winning MTV2's exclusive EMA! You've earned it!

MGK is a HARDWORKING rapper. When you're kicking it with dudes like Diddy and Waka Flocka Flame on the regs and are up against 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, Mac Miller, Big Sean, and Tyga for the "US Artist About To Go Global" award at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards, you know you're doing something right. And that's exactly why we're so psyched about MGK's big win! 'Cause nabbing that particular EMA is a MAJOR testament to his grind. As a Buzzworthy fave and PUSH alum (we're still using his Grilled Cheese afterschool snack recipe), we wanted to extend EVEN MORE props over to our main man, MGK.

Don't miss Taylor Swift performing her (and our) favorite songs on VH1's "Storytellers."

In between winning a whopping three MTV Europe Music Awards, nailing her EMA performance of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," and throwing some serious side eye left and rightTaylor Swift somehow found time to sit down with the crew at "VH1 Storytellers" to chat about and perform a few her favorite (and our favorite!) songs. Does anyone sleep? It confuses me to this day.

Watch more of Taylor Swift on "VH1 Storytellers," and catch her performing all our favorite songs after the jump.

Carly Rae Jepsen and No Doubt make an adorable holiday card, dontcha think?

It's kind of hard to believe that "This Kiss" singer Carly Rae Jepsen would get starstruck, but we definitely don't blame her for clamming up around pop music vets No Doubt! Because IT'S NO DOUBT. Obviously. After performing her smash "Call Me Maybe" at last night's 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards (along with Rita Ora, Psy, Muse, The Killers, Pitbull, and more), Carly made a cameo at the EMA after party where she snapped a photo with fellow EMA performers, No Doubt. What can we say, it was a busy night!

Justin Bieber sings Justin Timberlake's famous breakup anthem, and we now have some MAJOR things to think on.

Justin Bieber has had an eventful past seven days to say the least. In addition to winning three EMAs, breaking up with Selena Gomez (UGH SADZ), and performing at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (Thing #3 may have had something to do with Thing #2), Justin still has to soldier on with his day job: which is being the biggest pop star in the world. So it DEF struck us as interesting when Justin whipped out a poignant cover of Justin Timberlake's famous breakup anthem "Cry Me A River" on the Boston leg of his Believe World Tour.

Kelly Clarkson's "Catch My Breath" video is clearly an homage to her beauty. And we're fine with it!

We've been talking about Kelly Clarkson and her upcoming Greatest Hits -- Chapter 1 disc for a hot minute. Even though we have to wait until Nov. 19 to get our hands on it, watching the official video for Kelly's brand-new jam "Catch My Breath" will make the pain of waiting a tad easier. But just a tad, so no delays, please!

NEW ALBUM RELEASES

+ One Direction, Take Me Home: On the quintet's sophomore album, the puppy- and fun-loving 1D are poised to take over even more airwaves. "Live While We're Young" is already a record-breaking hit, and like the sunny vibes found on their single, the album plays like the soundtrack to your current crush, from the strutty "Kiss You," to the acoustic ballad "Little Things" and "Last First Kiss." There's also the dance-pop of "C'mon C'mon," the catchy "Back For You," and the yearning "They Don't Know About Us."

+ Christina AguileraLotus: Aspiring singers look up to Xtina for her vocal chops and success, but as a coach on "The Voice" she told MTV News for Lotus, inspiration goes both ways: "Understanding and seeing firsthand through the eyes of... aspiring artists, at the beginning of their journey, to be a part of their journey... and to sort of regain some of that back for myself." Watch the sexy, murderous "Your Body" video (+1 on the killer stilettos), the piano ballad "Blank Page," and the club-banger "Let There Be Love."

+ Various ArtistsThe Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2: The time has come, you guys: the last installment of "The Twilight Saga"; it's our final moments with Edward, Bella, Jacob... *sheds tear* #TeamEdwardJacobSandwich. But cheer up, the soundtrack is here for us to relive our fave moments for eternity. Highlights include Green Day's "The Forgotten," Ellie Goulding's "Bittersweet," St. Vincent's "The Antidote," Passion Pit's "Where I Come From," and Feist's "Fire In The Water."

Check out more new album releases, upcoming TV appearances, and performances after the jump.

Kanye West enjoys an ice cream cone (just like us normies)!

Kanye West is the kind of guy who can have anything he wants: the finest cars, clothes, and even GORG girlfriends who are totally willing to dress up in couples Halloween costumes and occasionally use you as a recliner. And yet sometimes 'Ye is just like the rest of us and truly craves the simple things in life -- like going H.A.M. on an ice cream cone. Even though ice cream is more of a summer treat, sometimes you just get that unshakable hunger for a pint of Ben & Jerry's Half Baked (or insert your preferred flavor here). TRUST, we've all been there, Kanye.

Snapped chilling in a London hotel, Kanye indulged his sweet tooth with a seriously delicious-looking ice cream cone. And yes, while enjoying an ice cream snack is a simple act everyone can relate to (STARZ: THEY'RE JUST LIKE US), this IS Kanye West we're talking about. We're going to guess that the ice cream in question was an artisanally-created flavor made with the rarest of ingredients, prepared by a team of chefs, sprinkled with gold shavings (this is a real thing that people do), and delivered on a silver platter. Yes, Kanye likes ice cream like the rest of us, but he's gotta do it HIS way (well... we're guessing, of course). Bon Appétit, Yeezy!
