- Lolly HabitoThere is urgency for this nation to determine whether MKULTRA and its many forms, a US Federal government project in US and around the world, which has been using the most highly-sophisticated and invisible torture technologies is one of the root causes of most forms of terrorisms in the world and determine whether it is very much alive and perfected today. Being one of the current on-going victims of these horrifying projects of the US Federal government, I can attest that it is a scourge to humanity. It started in 1987 in the Philippines when after attending a convention, I found myself and my home under surveillance by the Philippine government and by religious organizations. In the convention I suggested that government and people give emphasis in food production and construction of farm to market roads and bridges instead of never-ending fights against those who were active in working for change for the greater good. Since my family just came back to the Philippines after working for several years in various countries for the UN development programs, I found that our job applications, telephones, postal mails were being intercepted. The persecution which was being cleverly and clandestinely done made me sick and in bed for years. The horrifying experience drove my family to immigrate to the US. In 1990 my husband arrived in US and my two children and me in 1991. The first sign that there was something weird was two (2) American males met us at the airport who handed me my only one luggage without saying a word. Another weird thing was that when I was in a local hospital to have my x-ray taken, a Filipino hospital aide whom I do not know, was showing me two big knives up in the air afar and smiling to me. I did not know how to react. When I reached home I decided to telephone the hospital and reported the incident. They could not find the man. In 1997, the MKULTRA resurrected against me when I distributed prayers entitled " A MORE SECURED WORLD" to my neighbors and mailed also to the US legislators. Once I saw the little opening to the attic half-open although nobody in the house did it. Twice I saw small plane without pilot (a drone) hovering above me and my home. Airplanes with pilots flying low above our home every now and then. Then I experience mysterious palpitations in my body every now and then. And I realized my home, telephone, computer, postal mails were all under surveillance and have bugs. I thought I was suffering from high blood pressure and delusion. My doctor prescribed me for depression and for high blood pressure. I surprisingly discovered MKULTRA while surfing the web in the year 2000. Starting then I realized the truth of what was and is happening to me but ACLU said they dont have means to help me. My e-mails to the WHITE HOUSE since 2008 sharing my suggestions on how to react to various situations always go through but when I submitted to the WHITE HOUSE and to CHANGE.ORG my petitions to stop MKULTRA they were intercepted. My family always tell me that no one is going to hurt me because I am not doing anything bad, and they just tell me to take my medications. I can understand them because MKULTRA is a very highly sophisticated and in a clandestine way done & effects of high power microwave system and electromagnetic radiation are not detectable by others except by the victims. Until now my home, telephone, computer have bugs and I can feel the palpitation now and then that wont allow me to sleep enough especially when I use Twitter, Facebook, e-mails and all postal mails which are monitored or intercepted especially my letter to Sen. Durbin of Illinois. I strongly believe and thank that the people of the US will not allow this scourge to humanity to continue.on Friday
