Spec's a maniac

Up for trial . . . Phil Spector

WALL OF Sound legend/ infamous madman Phil Spector is set to be tried again for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson.

Spector is famous for his love of firearms and has pointed guns at everyone from John Lennon to Leonard Cohen.

On the night in question, his driver said he dropped Clarkson and Spector off at his mansion and sat outside.

Two seconds later he hears a gunshot.

Spector comes out with a gun and says: “I think I’ve killed someone.”

Why a jury didn’t unanimously find him guilty in the first place is beyond me.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — if you live in the US and are rich and famous, you can do whatever you please.
