A Lubbock County grand jury issued the following indictments Tuesday: Aggravated sexual assault on a child: Abel Alonzo, 35; Noel Garza Jr., 32 (two causes). Assaulting a public servant: Holden Norman, 24.




A Lubbock County grand jury issued the following indictments Monday: Assault domestic violence strangle: Matthew Abshier, 23. Attempted tampering with evidence: Sterfan Franks, 19. Evading with a motor vehicle (watercraft): Sara Jones, 32.
