Gareth Porter, investigative historian and journalist specializing in U.S. national security policy, discusses why the Obama administration is leaking their diplomatic strategy to the media prior to commencing Iran talks; how Obama’s hard-line on Iran sanctions allows him to claim that Israel’s demands are his demands; the IAEA’s real job: make Iran look uncooperative and suspicious; why the alleged “clean-up” at Iran’s Parchin site is as unbelievable as Iraq’s mobile germ warfare labs in 2003; and how election-year politics queered an Iran deal and hindered Obama’s ability to negotiate (but isn’t it always an election year, or something?)
MP3 here. (26:48)
Gareth Porter is an investigative historian and journalist specializing in U.S. national security policy, and was awarded the 2012 Martha Gellhorn Prize for Journalism. The paperback edition of his latest book, Perils of Dominance: Imbalance of Power and the Road to War in Vietnam, was published in 2006.

"…hindered Obama’s ability to negotiate" Hindered my ass! If he wanted to he could damn sure have done something. He doesn't WANT to so ergo he doesn't DO so.

Love of oil — Root of all Western evil
Gareth assumes the best possible motive for Iran’s actions, presupposing that Iran is striving for peace by acting honest, while the Western NATO nations are striving for war acting satanic.
And rightly so, for ask anyone in the heavenly realms as to what is really going on and they will tell you, “No Western nation is going to pay for oil when they can steal it for free.”

It seems strange, or wrong, or criminal, that the UN's IAEA is conspiring with the USA to fake up some rationale to bomb nuclear reactors and nuclear refineries. The IAEA was created to control and limit the dangers of nuclear technologies, not to facilitate the bombing of reactors, breaching their safety and containment systems, and casting the radioactive contents into our atmosphere and water. The UN General Assembly should pass a law that bombing nuclear reactors and nuclear refineries is a war crime, and that the pilots and launch crews, their immediate officers, and the whole chain of command right up to the president or prime minister, are all war criminals.

Forget this pretense that American aggression in the Middle East is about oil. It is about Washington being owned by Israel Firsters

TO: East Coast
Empire USA has a closed-loop control system, with U.S. corporate rich, Israel corporate rich and the 51% most wealthy in America all generating positive feedback that has made the system so hyperactive that it is stuck hard in the expansion-aggression mode.
Surely a system out of control, with no one in control.

True, for the Western world has a mad passionate desire for war as most of the world’s movable wealth we have plundered by war. So, war criminals are those defy our will for war, especially moral nations like Iran who make it impossible for the West to generate the illusion of a Christian and godly war.

The US aims to replace MAD with Disarming First-Strike Capability according to missile engineer Bob Aldridge -www.plrc.org. The US Navy can track and destroy all enemy submarines simultaneously according to Bob Aldridge. Professor J. Edward Anderson, "Deployment of anti-missile missiles in Eastern Europe is part of a first-strike strategy". The warheads on Minuteman-3 and Trident-2 are designed to minimize nuclear winter effects if used against missile silos according to Professor Paul Rogers. Bob Aldridge on the missiles in Eastern Europe, "Whether they are on ships or land, they are still a necessary component for an unanswerable first strike". The missiles in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria will be operational by 2018 and this leads to Launch On Warning by 2017 and Accidental Nuclear War gets more likely.

This comment page is unique in all the WEB, for we give zero credit to the words of man, consider as worthless any post backed up by only the words of man. And that makes all your efforts here worthless as all you feed us is, “according to… according to… according to… according to… according to… according to… according to… according to… according to… according to…”
