I'll admit that baking is my first love, but cooking plays a close second.

I love to try pairing different ingredients and creating new flavors.  For example one recipe that I am very proud of is the Red Pepper Shrimp & Grits.  It is 100% all my own and I love making it and each time trying some variation on the theme. 

I've spent years working on the Thanksgiving Turkey recipe and it is also wonderful.  Most people cook turkey once per year, but this recipe is so good, I get requests to make it throughout the year.

Of all the recipes I've worked on over the years, I would say my Saturday Night Sauce is the most delicious.  I can't take full credit for it though.  The preparation is much like my Mother's sauce, except I've varied it somewhat from her original style.
 
I highly recommend you try the Lobster Pasta recipe as well.  It was inspired by a dish I tried in Florida when on a vacation.  It is a lovely meal to prepare and for those who enjoy lobster, like I do, it is such a treat.
