Arthur R. Butz is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He joined the ECE department in 1966. Prior to that, he was a Senior Research Engineer at Honeywell, and a Research Associate at the University of Minnesota. He has authored about 25 publications and has supervised three Ph.D. students and 15 M.S. students. Art received his B.S. and M.S. in 1956 and his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.
