Diego Milito was the final player to win the UEFA Club Forward of the Year prize in 2010, following in the footsteps of the likes of Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and multiple laureate Raúl González.

Given as part of the annual UEFA Club Football Awards until 2010, past winners of the UEFA Club Forward of the Year prize include Ronaldo, Andriy Shevchenko, Lionel Messi and sole multiple laureate Raúl González, honoured in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Diego Milito took the final accolade in 2010 to give FC Internazionale Milano their second success, one behind FC Barcelona and Real Madrid CF.
