Eco-Systems, Inc. (Eco-Systems) was established in 1993 with a vision of providing “big firm” expertise with an emphasis on “small firm” client-focused service. Eco-Systems is a multidisciplinary, professional services company specializing in civil and environmental engineering, community and environmental planning, and science-based environmental consulting.

Eco-Systems’ team of diverse professionals understands yesterday’s “business as usual” does not exist in today’s economic and political climate. Now, more than ever, our team is placing a greater emphasis on developing creative and technically-superior solutions for our clients. FIRM HISTORY

Like many professional firms, Eco-Systems has evolved over our near twenty-year history. Founded by three original principals as a Mississippi-based environmental science and engineering consulting company in 1993, Eco-Systems was designed to compete with larger national and international companies on focused environmental projects. Our firm experienced immediate success and was acquired in 1995 by a publicly held environmental services company. From 1995 to 2002, Eco-Systems operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of two public companies and continued to implement the firm’s initial business plan. In November 2002, Eco-Systems was acquired by key management personnel in the firm through a company named Eco-Systems Holdings, LLC, which is currently owned by four active principals. Since the initial days in the early 1990’s, Eco-System has grown and matured into a southeastern regional consulting company with six offices in four states.
