Premier Berisha meets presidents of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan and PM of Mauritania
 

Prime Minister Sali Berisha, currently in New York to attend the Millennium Development Goals summit, held a meeting with the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. The two leaders discussed the bilateral relations. PM Berisha asked President Rahmon to consider recognition of Kosova independence as a commitment of Tajikistan to peace and stability in the region.

 

Likewise, PM Berisha held a meeting with the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. President Berdimuhamedow expressed to PM Berisha the willingness for improvement of the bilateral relations and also promised to consider Kosova file at the proper time.

 

PM Berisha has met also with the Prime Minister of Mauritania Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf.
