My Success Story

I started my weight program on May 1st of 2012. I was faithful in eating my 1250 calories a day, stayed away from anything white, sugar, fried and salty. I drank a PureNurish drink for breakfast with 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup fruit and a little ice. This made my 300 calories for breakfast. At 10:30AM, I had a snack that was about 150 calories. I always ate a piece of fruit and a protein with it, like an orange and non fat yogurt ( the ones with only 9 grams of sugar per serving).

At noon I always had a big salad, usually 3 cups+ of veggies and 3 oz. of chicken or turkey or eggs. This was always at least 300 calories. Around 3:30 to 4:00PM, I had a snack of an apple and cheese (2 oz.). This was about another 150 calories. For dinner, I had another drink without the fruit.

I never cheated or ate anything different. I always planned ahead and took food with me to make sure I stayed on my calorie plan. I took the Ariix Optimals, Rejuveniix, Restoriix and Omega 3′s daily. By the first two weeks of July, I had lost a total of 30 lbs and 7% of my body fat. I went from a size 14 to a size 8. I stopped taking the drops then. I have not regained any of the 30 pounds I lost and I eat everything I want. The secret is that the sweets and fattening foods just don’t appeal to me. I don’t feel good when I eat them and they just don’t taste the same. I love the freedom I have by not ever feeling guilty for eating sweets, malts, pizza, candy…. the list goes on and on.

I am in control of what I put in my mouth; no cravings or addictions dictate what I eat. This is simple … easy … and best of all, I NEVER have to do it again.
