This three wheel electric, built by Brush Engineering of Loughborough, was new to St Helens Hospital, Ipswich in 1967, but was not registered UPV 982 until 1970. It is believed to have been used as a laundry van throughout its life, and was later moved to Heath Road Hospital before being withdrawn in Summer 1990.

It was presented to the Museum in October 1990.
