Are You Ready for BUD/S?

Enter your most recent Physical Screening Test (PST) scores. PST scores are used to determine the fitness of people who want to become Navy SEALs. Take a look at the Minimum required scores and Optimum scores below. Reaching the Minimum (scored in the PST Calculator as 1282) or less is enough to begin training with a Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Mentor in your area, but not enough to earn a SEAL contract and enter the Navy as a SEAL candidate. A candidate who reaches or exceeds the Optimum (scored in the PST Calculator as 827) or less, is much more likely to earn a SEAL contract.
