Ceylon Today, is an English language newspaper with Sunday and daily editions, published by Ceylon Newspapers (Pvt) Ltd. (CNL), located at 101 Rosmead Place Colombo 7.
Ceylon Today, and its sister paper Mawbima in the Sinhala language were launched on 18 November 2011, adding a new chapter to the history of media development in Sri Lanka, as the only newspaper to have a simultaneous daily and Sunday launch.
Though new kid on the block, the newspaper has gained the serious attention and respect of the people who matter in Sri Lanka and abroad, because of the independent editorial stance; reliable, unbiased, impartial and non-partisan coverage of news, and the high standards of professionalism and media ethics maintained.
