Blake Lively: Snapshot

Name
Blake Lively
Date of Birth
August 25, 1987
Birth Place
Tarzana, Calif.
When Blake Lively auditioned for 2005's The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, her resume boasted one credit: playing the tooth fairy in one of her father's films. But the unknown with an acting pedigree (her father is an actor-director and her mother is an acting coach) landed the role of leggy, soccer-loving Bridget.

Since then, the classic California blonde hit it big as Upper East Side fashionista Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, where she met real-life love Penn Badgley. Her leggy frame, blonde locks and signature style attracted fashion's finest, earning her two coveted covers of Vogue and a Chanel spokesperson deal.

Lively, who romanced Leonardo DiCaprio and current flame Ryan Reynolds, has also taken her chops to the big screen with roles in Ben Affleck's The Town and the superhero blockbuster Green Lantern.
