Survey: Obama better if aliens invade
Americans may be split on which presidential candidate can fix the economy, but President Barack Obama trounces Mitt Romney in one out-of-this-world scenario — an alien invasion.
The majority of Americans, nearly 65 percent, say Obama is better suited than Romney to handle an alien invasion, according to a new National Geographic Channel poll, USA Today reports.
Continue ReadingThe survey, conducted to promote “Chasing UFOs,” a TV series premiering Friday, also found that almost eight in 10 people, 79 percent, believe the government has kept information about UFOs a secret from the public. In addition, 55 percent believe agents similar to those played by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones in the film “Men in Black” — their mission is to hide information about extraterrestrial beings — actually exist.
Meanwhile, more than a third of Americans, 36 percent, believe UFOs exist.

well if it is a invasion (as said in the article,if you even read it)I would imagine that they are not here to say how are you doin. When we invaded Normady we didn't go there to ask the Germans how they were doin. Do you know what an invasion is?

-On the subject of UFOs they exist as I saw one in 1994 hovering over Lake Virginia in Winter Park Florida - Big round and well lit. No sound. I think it was from the future as there was a small sign that said MADE IN CHINA on it.

This is why polls are stupid. If aliens invaded I don't think that it would matter who is president. We all would be in deep trouble. Just stupid.
Aliens have invaded, but it's not helping because it's consumed the Republican party. These aliens were created by the 5 Republicans in the Supreme Court. This alien species that is man made is called a corporation. Romney believes a corporation has been given personhood. There's a covert corporation that has grown tentacles, and is called a SuperPAC. It's consuming the American democracy as we know it. We're is Thomas Jefferson?
The only way to combat this terrible thing is to use a thing that has brought down many people and empires...money..lot's of it. You need big money otherwise, it will bounce off or have no affect on this new entity.. SuperPAC.
Note: Congress could pass a constiutional ammendment to get rid of it's poison (money in politics/bribery); however, they're infected too.. especially, the bulk of GOP.

TJH, if you really hate POLITICO so much you can stop reading/posting at any time. It seems odd to me that you criticize Nero (in which case I'm guessing you mean Obama) for wasting time when you are on here every day posting multiple times about how the article you just read is a waste of your precious time...
What a great comfort to know that Prople trust Obama to fend off Aliens. Last time they trusted Obama to ward off Iranians, Syrians, Koreans, Chinese, Talibans, Al Quidans it did not work that well. They laughed him off.

@ Indygreen, Invasion is a hostile act as in illegal aliens invading our borders. Sending an envoy to meet and greet would not be considered an invasion. You must have had the same English teacher as Evil-snuggle, lol.
If we are going to be invaded by aliens from another planet lets hope it's by the Vulcans. Perhaps they can bring some logic to the Congress so they stop using emotions to govern the USA. That goes double for Democrats who always use emotions instead of logic on just about ALL issues both in government AND everyother aspect of life in general.
