Career Summary

Jonah Lomu hit the headlines with four tries for the All Blacks in a Rugby World Cup semi-final triumph over England in 1995. A year earlier he had already become the youngest ever player, at 19 years 45 days, to play test rugby for New Zealand. He went on to become the joint record holder (with John Kirwan) as its most-capped wing with 63 appearances (and 37 tries) before illness cut short a stunning test career.
