1 box cornbread stuffing mix, cook as directed
sourdough bread (cut in small pieces and set out over night until dried out)
1 onion
3 stalks of celery
walnuts
salt & pepper to taste
1 or 1 1/2 Tbsp. of sage
2 eggs
3 cups turkey drippings or chicken broth
Mix dry ingredients add liquid then eggs. Hand-knead and put into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 8.
