Moving to London’s North Side

North London apartments are situated along diverse streets that, like most areas of the city, can be quiet and residential or active with a bit of urban grit. North London neighborhoods like Islington/Angel are trendy nightspots, this area in particular having become increasingly gentrified and attracting young professionals for the social scene and close commute to the City; in consequence, rent prices have gone up, driving people to look further north for a better value on London flats.

Holloway Road is one such address where all your money doesn’t have to go to rent. A major thoroughfare, it’s the part of the A1 stretching from Archway toward Highbury & Islington station and contains a multitude of retail chains, independent shops, and a range of dining. Like a lot of city roads, it appears a little worse for wear and is often regarded as a “scruffy” equivalent of Angel’s Upper Street (which meets Holloway Road near Highbury & Islington station). Its residents would argue, however, that it makes for a great place to live with all the conveniences of amenities and transport. Holloway Road also has pockets of green space nearby like Whittington Park at is upper end and Highbury Fields at its lower, and it’s within three miles of much larger parks like Finsbury Park to the east, Hampstead Heath to the west, and Regent’s Park to the southwest.

The closest tube station for central Holloway Road apartments is Holloway Road station itself, which services the Piccadilly line. On the same line are Caledonian Road to the southwest and Arsenal to the northeast. Otherwise, upper and lower Holloway Road apartments have access to Upper Holloway or Highbury & Islington Overground stations, respectively. Highbury & Islington is also on the Victoria line of the London Underground, and not far from Upper Holloway to the north is Archway tube station on the Northern line. Alternatively, Drayton Park to the west is serviced by Network Rail trains, and a dozen bus routes run from Holloway. Your closest Barclays bike stations, however, are south in Camden Town and Islington.

Finding Holloway Road Apartments

In a city, it’s always tricky finding the best places to live given the quantity and diversity of options. And in a city as old as this, you obviously see a mix of period and modern flats for rent in London. Even older apartments are usually refurbished to a modern standard, but the ones of best quality can be hidden gems, so having London Relocation screen and shortlist Holloway Road apartments for you in advance is certainly an advantage.

We want to ensure you view only the safest and most convenient of properties. And we want you to have plenty to choose from, so we compile a list of up to 25 for you to view in just a single day. That’s a comprehensive and accurate snapshot of the north London rentals market for the time frame you require—and the only way to see it in such a timely manner, in fact, given estate agencies don’t use a multiple listing system to share properties with one another. The consequence, then, for searching for London apartments for rent anywhere is having to work through several different agencies. Going about it on your own, it usually takes a couple weeks to see the same amount of properties London Relocation shows you in one day.

Providing an all-inclusive service centered solely on your needs, we make moving to London a swift, seamless process so that you can feel settled here, not stressed. We’re not about placing people in London flats; we’re about helping our clients find a real sense of home.
